Position 01 - Head of Digital Transformation (SVP / EVP)
Reporting to Chief Digital Officer
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a
recognized local or international institution
- Candidates with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering are preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Startup, Agile, Dev Ops, and Design Thinking are advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the financial sector, telecom sector, software, E-Commerce, or Fintech
- Experience in a large-scale organization is a plus
Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and project planning
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
(e.g., waterfall, agile) and design tools (e.g., InVision, Suite, Mural)
- Hands-on programming skills are preferred
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gain leadership buy-in across various functions and align strategies with the bank's objectives
- Transform employee experiences, emphasizing human-centered design and journey-based methodologies
- Establish an innovation framework incorporating Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery
- Develop an Agile culture centered on ownership, empowerment, and customer-centricity
- Formulate a clear transformation vision and communicate it effectively
- Assist business leaders in business model transformation and market responsiveness
- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors
Position 02 - Head of Digital Channels and Payments (SVP / EVP)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys for Digital Payments across online digital payment channels
- Identify, analyze, launch uninterrupted function
of new alternative distribution channels
- Oversee the P&L impact
of Digital Channels
and ensure financial targets are met
- Focus on contactless and tokenized payments and initiatives to increase digital transactions
- Formulate product roadmaps and develop new products/use cases
- Shift basic banking/payment transactions
from branches to digital channels
- Ensure regulatory compliance for digital channels and research competitive solutions
- Develop and grow Digital Financial Services while identifying associated risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors
Position 03 - Head of Data Analytics & Insights (SVP / EVP)
- Reporting to Chief Digital Officer
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent
from a recognized institution
- Candidates with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering are preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Startup, Agile, Dev Ops, and Design Thinking are advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the financial sector, telecom sector, software, E-Commerce, or Fintech
- Experience in a large-scale organization is a plus
Skills/Expertise/ Knowledge Required:
- Experience in managing data management/governance, data strategy, and data technology
- Strong budgeting and project planning skills
- Knowledge of relevant applications,
big data solutions, and tools is preferred
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
(e.g., waterfall, agile)
and design tools (e.g., InVision, Suite, Mural)
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to apply data science and AI/ML technologies for business value
- Model complex business problems and discover insights
using statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques
- Design and implement data strategies and systems while overseeing data collection, storage, management, quality, and protection
- Implement data privacy policies and
ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Communicate the value of data collection
to executive members and staff
- Lead the design of data architecture and analytics infrastructure
- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors
Assessment Interview(s)
Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews.
Employment Type for NBP Jobs
Employment will be on a contractual
basis for three years,
